For the 14-day time limit it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal before its expiry.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The declaration may be made on the form:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\">\u27a2 <a id=\"wp-block-file--media-0ae651f6-d167-466f-99f2-fe9fcbdbb61b\" href=\"https:\/\/ewe-eme.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/zwroty-en.pdf\">Form of withdraw from the contract<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ewe-eme.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/zwroty-en.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download=\"\" aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-0ae651f6-d167-466f-99f2-fe9fcbdbb61b\">Download<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The use of the form is optional.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the goods to the address: <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ul. Kalinowa 10, 08-110 Siedlce, Polska<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>but <u>no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer withdrew from the contract<\/u>. Returned goods should be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transport.
